Since it first began in 2003, the SWELL Sculpture Festival has drawn crowds in their thousands and now boasts 265,000 visitors annually. While 2020 may be expecting slightly fewer numbers due to travel restrictions currently in place, that only makes it an even better time to experience the magic yourself away from the usual crowds.

TOP TIP: These photos were all taken at sunrise on the first day of the 2020 festival. While there were still many early risers on an early morning walk around, it was very peaceful. Plus the soft golden light really put the sculptures out on display!
